Only one of the young ladies was actually ordering food out of the restaurant, my daughter and the other 2 young ladies sat and proceeded to eat their food from wing stop waiting on their friend to order. I don't know if the expectation is 5-star, but it shouldn't be, so I wanna balance out some of the negative reviews with a more reality-based experience. I frequently order from this restaurant and usually go for the larger plates. The food is enjoyable, but there's an ongoing issue with the sauce. They only provide one packet for two big plates, and it's often not the right sauce. If you don’t request extra sauce, they don't include any at all. Even when you do ask for more, they still only give you one packet. It's really disappointing to look forward to your meal, only to find out that there's just ONE PACKET OF SAUCE for two large dishes. I've noticed that other customers have shared similar complaints in previous reviews. If you're looking for a hassle-free dining experience, I suggest trying a different location.

Usually, I walk in, browse the options to see what looks appealing, and then order it to-go. I've never encountered any issues. I would advise against ordering online because it’s best to check the dish in person to ensure it looks fresh before finalizing your order, so you know exactly what you're getting. Since there's no wait time, I don’t see the advantage of ordering ahead. Plus, you can still scan your app to earn points if that's something you care about.
All the employees should be fired. If you don’t like working there go work somewhere else. The manager sameera or something was right in front couldn’t make sure her employees were taking in customers, waited like 10 minutes while they were telling each other to get the customer. I visited the restaurant yesterday with my son and ordered two plates. Right away, I noticed that the portion sizes were smaller than what we used to get, even though the prices were the same. The quality and quantity of the food were not up to par with what it used to be. I won’t be returning there again!
