This restaurant is one of my favorite spots to eat and unwind. The food is delicious, and the kiosk allows me to customize my order! For instance, I love the Greek salad, which I like to personalize: no tomatoes, light onions, light olives, add arugula, two hard-boiled eggs on the side, extra Willon noodles, light salt and pepper, chicken, and two dressings on the side. I usually get a bowl to go because the portions are quite generous after all that customization! I save the baguette and eggs for a snack later, while the rest of the salad provides me with another meal. So, for about $14, I essentially get three meals.

Originally, I gave it three stars on April 4, 2022, mainly because the music was excessively loud. I couldn't understand why it was so loud, as it made the atmosphere far from relaxing. It seemed like the volume increased recently because I don't recall it being this overwhelming before. I did ask the manager to lower the volume, and she was accommodating, but overall, the loud music detracted from the experience for me. While some patrons might enjoy it, it certainly wasn't enjoyable for me.

I had an incredible experience at Panera today! My brother requested one of their delicious sandwiches as his first meal after a procedure, and I was pressed for time since I had to drive quite a distance to pick him up. I called and spoke to Zach (I hope I'm spelling that correctly), as my online order indicated it would take about an hour. He kindly assured me that he would have the order ready much sooner. Panera is definitely one of my favorite places! I used to come here during college to study with friends, and I still visit whenever I can. The fireplace makes it really cozy in the winter. The staff is incredibly nice, and I especially love Robin! She is always friendly, never makes mistakes with my order, and just makes me feel welcome at Panera. Parking can be a bit challenging, but despite that, this is the best Panera around.

Updated review: I’ve increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Previously, the music was annoyingly loud and not at all relaxing—I even asked the manager to turn it down, which she did, but it was still uncomfortable. However, as of 12/26/2018, the volume has improved significantly. On my visit today, 4/4/2022, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the staff friendly, and the food decent. Overall, a nice place to visit.
Sometimes, having too many choices can be paralyzing. But if you know what you like, or you've gotten used to the menu, it's a plus, not a negative. Portions are generous, ans there are healthy alternatives to carb-heavy fare. And if you like good bread and bread-based things, then this is heaven. The sourdough bread bowl is particularly tasty. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating indoors.
The Northvale location is always a satisfying place to visit. The service is excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The food is delicious, and I appreciate the additional dishes they offer. The restaurant is kept clean. Whether dining in or taking out, this location is consistently reliable.
It's exactly what you would expect from a panera. Great food, ok prices, good environment. Would reccomend using the app to preorder as lines can get long. Once you order though, service is quick.

Mr. Zachary was very nice and kind, but the girl in the kitchen was rude. I simply asked for the cashier, and her response was quite unpleasant! I hope he can teach her some manners.
The container had barely any soup in it, and the same went for the mac and cheese. Overall, the meal was disappointing!
