The staff and service at this restaurant were absolutely fantastic. However, the downfall was the poor quality of their drink carrier. I found it to be the worst carrier I have ever used. While leaving the restaurant, drinks fell out of the carrier even when using two hands. Additionally, in the car, the drinks flipped forward out of the carrier when I used my brakes. If you plan on purchasing more than one drink, I would recommend bringing your own carrier or refraining from buying multiple drinks.
Huge shoutout to the manager that was on duty at this location! The chef accidentally put blue cheese in my Aunt’s salad instead of the feta it was supposed to come with... she’s HIGHLY allergic to blue cheese!!! He was Johnny in the spot changing it out for her, no hesitation That could have ended badly, but he handled the situation with grace, we’ll definitely be coming back to this location again :
I’ve been there before for something to drink and a chocolate chip cookie today was the first time of had lunch there it was really good I love the lemonade and I really really love those cranberry orange muffins the people real nice would go back again would like to try their salads
The caramel latte was delish. The bakery section was almost empty so that was disappointing. The chocolate chip cookies are yummy as is the pecan twist, although the twist would have been better heated up. Employees were friendly.

My friend and I meet here for lunch at least once per month. Great food, well prepared and delicious baked goods. Bagels are the best! High ceilings and great ventilation for those with COVID concerns.
I always love being able to grab a light meal at this restaurant, even though it's usually busy because of the amazing food and excellent service. It's awesome!
I have experienced everything! I have never been to Panera before, but I doubt they provide complimentary cactus with your meal.
