First time at Papa Kona’s. Our reservation was at 5pm. We were outside on the patio, very close to the water. It was windy, bring something to tie your hair back. Very comfortable though. Whitman was our server. He was super friendly and attentive. I had the Mac crusted Ono. It was delicious! My husband had the Kahlua pork sandwich. The house bbq sauce is so good. We had a beautiful view of the sunset. This place is all around great! Highly recommend.
Server apologized every time he approached our table or those around d us because he knew he wasn’t doing a good job. Good took over an hour to be served. Salad came without dressing and took another 20 minutes to get it. Very very poor service. But if you don’t mind that kind of thing the food was pretty good.
Not a good meal when both fish and chips and fish tacos are the fish of the day (Ono) for $27. Not sure how you ruin fish tacos and fish and chips but they did. I do not recommend this restaurant
Excellent views of the sunset. Our waitress, Chelsea, was perfect. Drinks are good. Beer was cold. Fried avocado appetizer was delicious. Coconut macadamia nut. Opa was delicious.  Book a table now
The view from the deck overlooking the beach was stunning, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion!
I enjoyed the grilled Ono tacos and spinach salad at this restaurant. Our server provided excellent service and the sunset view was lovely.
