Baked Ricotta Cake with Nutella! Surely one of the best cake in Sydney (big call, I know). I had the small mini cake version, it was not like a cheesecake at all. In summary it was like a donut stuffed with ricotta (really good quality ricotta) in the dough, and jammed with Nutella in the middle of the ring. Aside from this, also tried the apple tart, which was filled with custard cream in the middle, small choc cannoli, and a pistachio flower. They were all good. Lucky the stores are no where near me normally, otherwise I'll be back everyday to try out everything on display!
There are not enough words to describe the amazing cheesecake that papas has...... Just delicious.
Nutella with the cheesecake is a must, the Nutella compliments the cheesecake so well they are like salt and pepper...yin and yang!
But that is the only thing that I appreciate from this store, the hype about the cannoli's - not great, definitely had better.
Not a fan of their coffee either, for somewhere like papas you'd expect better coffee.
Can't do much wrong with Papa. Pair a nutella ricotta cheesecake with their $3.50 hot chocolate and you're set. Well, you'd have to run a fair bit to burn it all off, but it's definitely worth it. While the cheesecake is the main star as it always has been, I think that their hot chocolate is one of the best I've ever had. A tall glass with the right amount of sweetness, cocoa and milk so that it's not too rich, yet not too watery. Try it!
Avoid the restaurant, the risotto was way too oily and the margarita pizza doey and awful. Maybe they should try local chefs because the ones they have are not up to the job. Sorry papa you make great desert and I'm sure your deli make great cold meat sandwiches but your a la carte tasted like airline food.

Came to Papa's for an afternoon pick-me-up and tried the ricotta cheesecake. Each bite was a little bit of heaven in my mouth! It was very rich and the slice was large, but of course after one bite you just can't stop. Highly recommend.
Oh my God! I loved the cheese cake! Never been there but a work colleague brought a cheese cake for her birthday in the office this week. Every body was delighted! Can't wait to know the place!!
Love every Papa store and this one is as good as the rest. Have never quite made it to eat in however had coffee and cakes. Found the Rum baba a little sweet but the ricotta cannoli is the bomb!

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was their coffee - my friend couldn't even finish hers.

Deliciously smooth and light cheesecake! The sitting space is large and was very suitable for a weekday evening study session. I'm looking forward to trying some other sweets soon.
