I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I never even got to try the pizza. I ordered online for curbside pickup and waited for 5 minutes, but I eventually had to go inside to get my order. Nobody greeted me when I walked in, and one of the employees even passed by without acknowledging my presence. To make things worse, two people were vaping in a corner of the store. The girl at the counter didn't see me until I made some noise, and when she finally did, she just giggled and apologized. Overall, the service was severely lacking.
This has been the worst location I've been to. First, I ordered a while ago when I ordered 2 different melts and I got 2 of the same one instead. Now today, I ordered again for curbside pickup, the app said it was ready, waited 5 minutes and went in since they weren't coming out. The pizza was in the warmer and the employees were just standing around. Truly disappointing.
PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DON'T EAT FROM THIS HOLE IN A WALL...I ordered the meat lover's melt.. It tastes more like a piece of burnt cardboard with a sprinkle of cheese and meat. This is the most horrible piece of **** I've ever tasted. Please don't waste your time or energy, nor your money on this burnt cardboard. Word to the wise!
I can't believe how disappointing my experience was. I'm not sure if they just happened to have a bad batch, but the pizza crust was simply awful, and the toppings weren't any better. I typically enjoy Pizza Hut, but this time it was definitely below expectations!

I ordered a large cheese pizza and they literally REUSED old slices to make a ?whole? new pizza!!!!! You can tell because it does not look like an even circle. Some slices stick out more than others. The slices are not even. Completely shocked anddisappointed..
Amazing customer service! In summary, they turned a challenging situation into a fantastic experience. The pizza is always hot and fresh.
Pizza Hot made our day at dinner time. The food was perfect, on temperature, on time and the service of the lady was awesome!
The pizza was tasty, cooked to perfection, and delivered exactly on time. They brought it to my car as I asked. Great job!

I would advise avoiding this location! The dough was old and hard. I don't plan on coming back to this Pizza Hut.
