The ambience was decent and the staff was good. Other than that, I can't say anything positive about this place. Our meals were lukewarm, mixed and some of the sides had no taste at all. While they have a bar and their own cocktails, if you ask for something that is not on the menu, you probably won't get it. And yes, unfortunately, even the cocktail drinks we ordered tasted awful. Bad bar staff. It also took them almost an hour to bring our food out. Two children's dishes, a chicken plate and crab cakes. I was very upset to say the least. Stay away. Go to Perry's Steakhouse next door. Exceptional food, service and bar area.
We have reserved an anniversary dinner. Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. The food was great, the service was great and the ambience was nice. This was a first visit to this location on LaCantera Parkway. The downside was that my vehicle was broken into and the rest of our evening plans were ruined. Signs said measured with the camera - not necessarily true. The buildings are measured. Of course, Ruth's Chris wasn't really to blame, but waiting an hour to report it as we live a bit outside of SA was definitely a downer. Next time - UBER for sure.
This was the first time our party was at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse most of the time. It was a wonderful dining experience, especially for a special occasion. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful.
good experience. The only major complaint was that my steak sandwich was overcooked for my taste. I decided not to send it back but they would have easily revised it.

Food was great. Lost one star as we had a reservation and the table was not ready in time. Should never have to wait 15 minutes for a reservation.
Everything was amazing! However, I wouldn't pay $25.00 for a glass of wine again. We were blinded by the small print.....lol
