I love this place. Came here last year with the bf and was ABsolutely blown away by the SIZE of the sushi and sashimi...it might not be put together well, but it was DELICIOUS and GINORMOUS for the price... my mouth is watering...<br/ <br/ The sashmi was super fresh and THICK. Just HUGE. And buttery.. melts in your mouth. goodness. House roll is the size of your hand. literally. We ordered only half-portion. This particular location doesn't offer brown rice..but the one on Davie does! It's now our MUST-GO restaurant. Breakfast..lunch...dinner...bring on the Samurai.
MMMMMMMM SUSHI!. Samurai serves the largest pieces of sushimi! And they are so cheap!<br/ <br/ My favourite are their yam, chicken teriyaki, and california rolls. My favourite sushimi is their salmon. And their house rolls....DYNAMITE! SO huge! Not kidding, they're as big as your eye sockets! You love raw fish...then this is the place to be.<br/ <br/ Fast service. Low price. Good quality. Friendly staff!
Best sushi I've had in a long time! Fresher and better prepared than samarai beside Oakridge centre, the rice didn't fall apart and the sushi was delicious. Highly recommended! My only complaint was that the girl taking orders was not very friendly. a little smile goes a long way.
Great tasting, fresh quick service. You get huge portions for cheaper, and the waitress actually told me to stop ordering because it would be too much food. And boy was she right! One combo is enough food for two people! This is my new favorite sushi place!

One of my favorite sushi restaurant. You will not get disappointed on their sashimi and sushi it’s fresh and big. They offer different kinds of rolls and sushi. Small sushi store but food quality is good. Located at Fraser Street
American oreos, well at least this version is a lot less sweet which I found so mind blowing. Cookie is less sweet, filling is less sweet but is a lot thicker. I LOVE THEM, ALL I NEED IS MILK :D ANYWAYS onto the sushi.
Yum!. Great rice, great service, huge portions for cheap. The amount of yam in my yam and avocado roll was bigger than the average roll alone.I could've easily only ordered one roll, took the second home.
Just like samurai on cambie and banzai in richmond, known for the cheap and huge rolls this places satisfies that house roll craving.
