We have tried all of the sushi restaurants in Kona, and these are definitely the best. The sushi we had here was some of the best we've ever tasted. The restaurant is a very small and intimate space, so reservations are recommended.

The signs on the door only mentioned reservations, but the restaurant is small yet serves a variety of dishes. Luckily, we were able to come in as there was an available table at that moment.
Very fresh fish! The sashimi and sushi is prepared with the utmost care. I didn't try the hot foods, but if you're looking for fresh tasty fish, I highly recommend Seiji's

What a unique dining experience! This restaurant only has 3 tables, making it a cozy and intimate setting. It truly is a privilege to dine here!
