We were extremely disappointed with the limited and unappetizing selection of Chinese dishes at this restaurant. The food was not traditional and lack variety, with only a few options available. The prices were high for the subpar quality of the food, which did not meet our expectations at all. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone else. The meals were unpalatable and did not live up to the standards of authentic Chinese cuisine.
I ordered several dishes for pickup dinner. I immediately noticed that the prices were on the higher side (many dishes were $18.88 or another price ending in 88, possibly a lucky number for the owner, not the customer). This was evident as the containers were only half full. The food was decent, but not outstanding. Overall, I don't have much else to say, but I likely won't be returning.
Can tell 100% honestly that our dinner tonight in Tang Dynasty was the worst Chinese I ever had. Period! The food was sticky and tasteless, you could hardly find anything other than onion... The service was great when we were the only ones... The previous restaurant shanghai soiree was a great family night outside. He was sad. I'll never go back.
This restaurant is undergoing a change of management. (possibly not the only one recently? . The menu has reduced since our visit a few years ago. Table service very efficient and pleasant young staff. We shared a banquet for four people consisting of a good variety for each course. Nicely presented food, tasty and well priced. Desert was a bit disappointing consisting of a single scoop of ice cream with a...drizzle of chocolate topping.
We have a large group that meets for our board meeting every month, and the food and service at this restaurant never disappoint. We also love the bonus of receiving two free vegetables with our meal.
We came across this Chinese restaurant on our trip to Hobart. We asked for spicy chicken and vegetarian dish and we got it. Very tasty and spicy. Would recommend anyone

Went there for dinner with friends, the food is excellent, especially the pine nut fish, and the staff is very friendly and efficient, will definitely going back.
