I have visited Sharky's multiple times. In my opinion, the food is just okay and nothing extraordinary. I enjoyed the AJ burrito, although the broccoli inside was undercooked. The tofu and veggie taco was tasty, but what really stood out was their plant-based queso and chips. I ordered a side of queso and added it to my taco. The queso was a bit thin but had a good taste with a subtle hint of spiciness. Their salsas on the side were also delicious, with the killer hot being my favorite.
