Was passing through, and on the way home, my fiancée and stopped by. It's not hard to find, so no excuses! It's a bigger brewery with plentiful seating. They serve food and beer. To preface, we did not order food. We sat at the bar; the 2 bartenders were busy, but they got to us fairly quick. I ordered an 11oz vocal jam sour. It was alright, not bad, but I'll try a different sour next time I'm here. They have a wide selection of craft beers with multiple sours (my fav). I'm a fan of this joint. They play good music and the decor is nice. Outside of the one time it was extremely busy and they couldn't keep up with the tables, the overall experience has been decent for me (I've probably been 20 times or so). It gets busy being that it's close to all the hotels in Rosemont during all the events that happen. Good brews that are mostly made right behind the bar. I like that they try do seasonal specials on food (my favorite was the fish and chips they did), the burgers are solid as well. It's a good spot to try some beers for any occasion. I just wish they stayed open a little later.
This restaurant is fantastic. To start, we always order the amber beer and the Bavarian pretzel. This time, we decided to try the brisket burnt ends for the first time since they looked incredibly tempting. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the burnt ends were only lukewarm, which was quite disappointing. The service, however, is generally very good, and the staff is usually attentive when you need something. Overall, it's a wonderful spot for drinks and delicious food.

We were dropping friends off at O'Hare so we were looking for a microbrewery nearby and found Short Fuse. Six beers in and every one has been incredible! If it wasn't so far away I'd be here weekly. As it is we're already planning our next visit. Ask for Charlie.
What a fantastic discovery! The food and atmosphere were both excellent. I enjoyed a delicious Thai salad, and the place was bustling on a Thursday night, creating a great vibe overall. I definitely plan to return!
The beer selection is impressive, and the food is excellent. Charlie was especially helpful in recommending some fantastic beers. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly—it's truly amazing!
Great selections, make your own flights, good food, music, great service. Wish it wasn't so far from us but definitely going to make a point to revisit soon. Convenient parking too.
