I can’t really complain about the food since it's fast food. The service can be slow occasionally, but it’s generally acceptable. During my last visit, I received one incorrect item and one that was missing, which needed to be brought to me; however, that was the only time it happened, so it might have just been a particularly busy day. The atmosphere is quite low because the place looks a bit drab. It’s not usually very crowded, but they do have their busy times. Parking: You can place your order at the parking spot using kiosks.
This place use to be really really great but here lately the service has been so terrible I waited 45 minutes to get a bacon cheese burger and my uncle got chicken tenders and they were burnt not to mention the guy thar brought us our food out was very rude and acted like he didn't cate at all. HORRIBLE PLACE DONT GO THERE.
The last three times I've been here the last 4 weeks has been awful the meat and the tater tots seem like they're soaked in Grease. Last four to five months it went downhill my experience anyway kind of sucks cuz I was good for a long time this sandwich looked

Terrible service! I waited for half an hour without being attended to. It took so long that I had to get back in line, while I watched everyone who arrived after me leave with their food. They really need to hire better staff.
Last time I ate here, I got food poisoning, so I only get drinks here anymore. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with cherry and vanilla, light ice. Way too much vanilla, next to no cherry. Does this look like light ice? ?
I wish there is a sonic in sparta Illinois.... this sonic was awesome the workers were amazing they interacted with the customers and was really nice to us
The restaurant's hours are unreliable. I work the night shift, and while they advertise being open until 12 AM or 2 AM, they are often closed by 11 PM.
