Spice Rack Indian Fusion, Restaurant-bar-banquet

This is my first time writing a review for any service. I want to take the time to say this place is horrible because of the owner nitin. This used to be our go to restaurant up until a year ago on our anniversary June 15th. We even had our baby shower party at this restaurant. Last year we ordered takeout food for our anniversary dinner and they forgot about our order and when my dad got there our food was not ready. My dad waited for 38 mins and they sent us home with uncooked paneer and all dishes were made in a hurry so was missing masalas and did not taste as usual. I ordered from grub hub and the driver told me he was on location waiting for the food. I noticed the order was taking a very long time so I called the restaurant to check on the food. The person who picked up called himself the owner and manager. His name is Nitin. He was so rude and disrespectful. He told me I am not a customer and would not look up my order or check on the status. He literally said I am not in business with you and you need to call grub hub . I booked the reservation online. I called the manager to confirm the reservation and request that we want to be seated in their Restaurant and not the pathetic banquet as we wanted to experience the dining and not some banquet party. As they made us sit in there twice we visited earlier. But since its father day I wanted to take my dad in there. But instead of listening, that rude manager had just no idea how to talk over the phone he started the call in denial and talked rude and loud to me as if I am asking him for some personal favors. first timer and went on a weekend to this restaurant. crowdedddd. it takes a while to get a table. there is a bar front if u want to happen time until u get a table. they have all fancy things like robots etc:. Inside are good. there is also a large hall on the back (Party Hall and they expand it on regular visitors at weeks. I've had better Indian food before plus the prices went up over here but the food here is still good. Service was good and the food was cooked fresh.
