I placed an order on DoorDash, and it’s not door dash’s fault because clearly it’s a lack of organization on the stores part, I ordered an iced blonde vanilla latte- one iced coffee. The store sent me a bag of 3 hot coffees. The bag had my name. The drinks had someone named Keisha order but even the sticker was wrong-sticker said iced coffee on a clearly very hot coffee. 3 of them. So I’m sorry you got my one single coffee, Keisha and I got your 3 hot ones that might been not supposed to have been hot
I understand that Starbucks isn't always consistent with their drinks, and that's acceptable. The staff is always polite, but today I ordered a grande nitro cold brew and received it with way too much foam. When I got the cup, it was mostly filled with foam, and I was hoping it would settle, but it didn't. Honestly, I'm not one to ask for a drink to be remade, but next time I definitely will. Service: Takeout.
Parking can be frustrating when the lines are lengthy. Unfortunately, the drinks often come out incorrect, either missing an ingredient or lacking in flavor. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5, the service a 3 as well, but the atmosphere really needs improvement, so I would give it a 1. I do recommend trying the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Crème Frappuccino Blended Beverage!
I have to say this is my favorite Starbucks, even though most of the Starbucks are rude or it's like they have a problem taking your order , this Starbucks their employees are always friendly nice and they're not rude. I waited 20 minutes for just one drink. I went inside hoping it would be quicker than the drive-thru, but that definitely wasn't the case. Note to self: stick with the drive-thru next time.
