In short, the barista was rude when I asked for something different. I didn 't like the texture of the cookies in their new Frappaccino. This is not the Starbuck 's brand I 've enjoyed over the years; they have always lived to delight the customer. Ihad my worst Starbuck 's experience today after over a decade of patronage. I explained to the Barista I didn 't like the newcookie Frappaccino... too many cookie bits. She quickly retorted that that 's what 's in the cookie Frappaccino. I guess she wasinsinuating that I was being ridiculous? In retrospect, it was also the texture of the cookies that I didn 't like. Usually, if I'm not satisfied with something at a restaurant, I simply won’t reorder. However, Starbucks is known for prioritizing customer satisfaction, which creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers to express minor complaints. Unfortunately, today, I didn’t feel that way. Instead, I felt judged and distracted from my original intent of visiting Starbucks to prepare for a technical interview. This young lady needs to address her frustrations with corporate management, not take them out on customers. If there have been changes at Starbucks, they should communicate them politely, perhaps through an in-store sign.
Indoor seating and ordering are not allowed at this restaurant. I had to either use the app or go through the drive-thru. There was some confusion about the sizes of our orders, which was quite frustrating. On the plus side, we were able to sit outside at the tables they provided.
It's a Starbucks. It's almost always to spend your money at a smaller local coffee shop. You'll get better quality that way and contribute more to the community. But for good wifi and affordability, Starbucks wins in hawaii

I love my Caramel macchiato and pumpkin crunch. Very friendly service and I 've experienced the pay it forward where a car before me has paid for my order, and I pay it backwards lol.
The man at the counter used inappropriate language about the President, and there were children nearby. I found his intolerant hate speech to be quite offensive.
Exceptional Service! I love experimenting with different drinks I've seen on Facebook, and every drink I've ordered from them has arrived exactly as depicted.
