I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The sandwich artist I encountered was quite rude, arrogant, and impatient. He demanded that I make a decision quickly before he would start preparing my sub. I apologized for not being as fast as he expected, but his response was dismissive, saying he was busy and had other things to do. I pointed out that I was the only customer in the store at the time. Additionally, another employee kept interrupting my order by shouting at the sandwich artist, making the situation even more awkward as I had to wait several times for her to stop. I encountered a few challenges during my visit to this restaurant. There was only one person working, which was manageable, but she seemed to take her time. At first, she informed me that they don’t accept the buy-one-get-one coupon as directed by the owner. I then showed her a coupon I had for "buy 2 for $12.99," and she confirmed that it would be valid. Since there were two of us, we had two coupons. Once all the sandwiches were prepared, she attempted to scan the coupon, but the system wouldn’t accept it. In the end, I ended up spending double what I expected. To quote a review from three weeks ago: "If you want a sandwich that's 95% dry bread, this is your spot!" When I arrived, the two employees were nowhere to be found, and the door made no sound to alert them. I could have grabbed any soda while waiting, but eventually, I gave up and left. The only other customer, who was Black while I am White, was told they couldn't use the restroom without making a purchase. Later, the staff blocked off the restrooms and put up "out of order" signs while I was eating, even though I had used the bathroom earlier and knew it was working. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. It was the worst Subway experience I've ever had.

This restaurant does not accept coupons, creates its own policies, and charges twice as much for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. They also charge extra for bacon that is supposed to be included in the sub. The bread isn't fresh, the lettuce and spinach are wilted, and the turkey was moldy. My family became ill and we had to visit the hospital. The service was extremely rude, and it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The staff kept asking us to wait, and then a woman came in and started preparing food without washing her hands. Absolutely disgusting. Book a table now

I placed an online order for pick-up at 6:40, but when I arrived at 6:45, my order hadn't even been started. The restaurant had sent a message indicating it was ready, which was misleading. When I asked the staff member where to pick up my order, he spoke to me in a rude manner, telling me to sit down and wait. When I asked for a refund, he accused me of wasting his food. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I will not be going back to that location.

If you’re looking for a sandwich that’s mostly dry bread, this is the place for you! This is the worst Subway I’ve ever visited. They barely put any fillings on the bread, and almost half of my footlong sandwich had no toppings at all. Definitely won’t be coming back here. I understand they’re trying to save money, but this is just ridiculous.
