Five dollar feet! Like always 15.00 or something to eat here! Calls aside, hard-working employees. The owner should really help them. It can serve 5 people in line and 10 mobile orders with only 1 sandwich master. You would get the business 3 times if you were 2 times faster (i.e. 2nd sandwich master planned). Back home was the trick to start the next people bread while the first one is in the oven. I lose every time I see them waiting for the full tormented timer.
My two teenager kids went to get sandwich for their lunch before heading to the airport. The girl who took their order was super rude and made them feel uncomfortable as if she was doing them a big favor by taking their order. I wish my kids had left without getting sandwich from this particular location, but they are polite kids and not used to being treated like this. Subway take a note of your customer service, I feel we do lot better even I. Fast paced CA.
I boycotted this place a year or so ago I asked if they still had the steak club deal going on they said yes and when I went to pay it was double charged for turkey and bacon. Finally decided to give it another try I wanted a sandwich and we don’t have the other good places Epic fail. I wouldn’t consider it day old bread I have fresher bread on my counter that I bought a week ago. Shame on you. Too bad. I really do like the convenience.
I just bought a BLT for 14 dollars. I 've never paid that much for a BLT at any other subway location. Worker insisted that I had to pay for a foot long veggie delight and add bacon because BLT was not in their system. I 've bought plenty of them at multiple subways across the country. The BLT was not even that great. Book a table now
I went there for lunch today and there was only one woman. The place was busy with a line and orders to go, but it was excellent. She was fast, efficient and had a great attitude all the time. I don't know her name, but she's one of the hardest workers I saw.
They legit charged me 25 dollars for one foot long and two drinks. Like smh 3 dollars for eating in when I ordered to go. No and when I asked about it that girl looked at me like I was stupid and said it's because of taxes. No. Just no. Do better subway
Open til 10pm. 7pm no toaster oven, no cookies, no condiments out, half the veggies empty, what veggies out are wilted. 2.5 hours to go girl. Gonna disappoint a lot of folks. But hey the toaster is clean early...
Typical cheap franchise owner that only has one person working at minimum wage. No refills, no napkins, extra cheese costs $4. Waited 20 mins for my sub with only two people ahead of me. What an embarrassment. Book a table now
A decent place to get a Sammie for the plane trip to mainland. Open at 9 a.m. at this point on Henry Street in a Strip-Mall) and there was already a line. They also served breakfast items! Who knew?
