I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant for dinner, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience across the board. The food was lackluster and did not meet even basic expectations, earning a 1 out of 5. The service was equally disappointing, with delays and a lack of attention to detail. The atmosphere, while not a primary concern for takeout, was uninviting, making me question the overall quality of the establishment. Overall, I cannot recommend this place for dinner.
If you're in the mood for some casual Mexican fare, this spot offers a decent selection of dishes. I recommend trying the Quesadilla, Chicken Quesadilla, or the Steak Quesadilla, all of which are satisfying. The Mexican Pizza and Nachos Bellgrande are also worth a taste.
As for service, it's solid but not particularly remarkable, and the atmosphere is average—perfect for a quick lunch takeaway rather than a dining experience.
One plus is the ample free parking available, making it convenient to pick up your meal. Overall, it's a reliable choice for a quick and affordable Mexican lunch.
I entered the restaurant and waited at the counter for more than ten minutes. Despite the four employees seeing us, none of them said anything. If ordering at the register was not an option, at least one of them should have addressed us. Eventually, we left and ended up enjoying a great meal at Freddy's instead! Additionally, I noticed that, similar to my previous visits to this Taco Bell location, the young African American male preparing food was not wearing a hat or hairnet, which I thought was a requirement from the health department.
I made two changes to my order: I swapped the chicken chalupa for a beef one since I don’t eat chicken, and I replaced the Dorito taco with a soft supreme taco. Unfortunately, I still received my order as it typically comes, which meant I ended up with food I couldn’t eat and wasted my money. They consistently get things wrong and take forever to serve food that doesn’t taste good. Out of all the locations, this one is definitely the worst. Service: Takeout.

I went through the drive-thru, and two employees were arguing with the window open. The food was terrible; the Cheesy Gordita Crunch was undercooked on the outside, and only half of the quesadilla had filling, with the cheese not even melted. This Taco Bell is exceptionally bad. The owner should be ashamed. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Lunch.
The restaurant often runs out of various menu items, which can be quite frustrating. You may find yourself waiting in the drive-thru only to discover that some food options are unavailable. They really need to make improvements! Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
