Such an interesting little Italian hidden gem in Vancouver. Or perhaps it was just hidden for me! Husband and I shared some delicious house made pasta to start, highly recommend. Then we also shared the steak with a couple sides. All was delicious and took us back to our honeymoon in Italy. It's a cozy little space, full of pig decorations, where you can strike up a conversation with the table next to you if you so choose. Or keep to yourself, of course, but I found the closeness of the tables to almost make it awkward not to.

The crostini were delicious (they're happy to adjust the number (3) if it would work better for your party). Absolutely loved the mushroom/pancetta pasta the best pasta I've had in a very long time. Daily specials, local beers on tap, friendly/efficient service. Looking forward to a return visit!

We were at Tavola at fireworks night. We had reservations, so we disillusioned have a problem getting a table, but the restaurant is quite small, I recommend to get reservations in advance. The food is really delicious. We shared the burrata and olives as apps. I had shrimp linguine (featured dish) and my husband had rigatoni. Both dishes were amazing. Service was great too and prices are reasonable.

This is a wonderful, charming neighborhood restaurant. Best meal we had in Vancouver while visiting. We sat on a patio on the street in a lovely neighborhood. The service was friendly and professional. The crostini was reminiscent of Tuscany and the pasta with meatballs delicious. I highly recommend Tavola!
Hadn't been to Vancouver in 6 years, loved this place then, still just as good! Leah took great care of us, despite a packed house. Apps are still excellent, and my halibut 'special' was spot on. Good wine list. You can't go wrong here. Nice neighborhood place, not fancy. Will return!
We were lucky to get a table on a busy Saturday evening. The service and food were fantastic. We would thoroughly recommend this lovely restaurant. It is in a lovely part of town too.

Exceptional Italian food. Try the half sized pasta portions if you want to get through everything on the menu. Crostinis and brick chicken went down well with the kids.
We have come here for the fourth time. Certainly a hidden gem. Love the daily special sheet. We get to try something different every time.
