I had one of the worst experiences at Union Hall! I placed my order at 7:20, but didn't receive my food (the Combo X) until 7:47. In the meantime, people who ordered after me were served in just 7 to 8 minutes. The staff didn't seem to care about the delays, and they even forgot to include the egg rolls I ordered. When I went back to ask for them, they simply said, “my bad, bro.” I understand that Union Hall can get busy, but this overall experience was disappointing compared to my visits to other vendors. Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 2.
I tried the Garlic Fried Rice tonight, and I have to say, it was quite disappointing. The menu allowed for a spice level from 0 to 5, and I chose 0 because I wanted flavor without any heat. Unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. I couldn't tell if it was too salty, too garlicky, or perhaps both, but it was really terrible. I thought about returning the dish, but I didn’t want to make the long drive back. I just feel compelled to warn others about this experience. I truly wish I had asked for a refund, as the dish was completely inedible.
They were definitely the busiest stall, and for good reason. I ordered the stir-fried bok choy with beef, and I really enjoyed it. It took a bit longer than I expected to get my food after placing my order, but given how busy they were, I completely understood. I was in a bit of a rush and asked how long it would take, and they were very accommodating in making sure my order was ready on time. It was my oversight, not theirs, so I genuinely appreciated their outstanding service, especially considering how hectic it was!
The food is quite delicious, but I’ve been going here less frequently lately because the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. They used to serve a good balance of rice with your choice of sides like steamed vegetables, but now the meals are overly focused on rice, lacking in vegetables and protein. I paid $12 for what amounted to barely two cups of vegetables, a lot of rice, and no protein at all. It just doesn't seem worth the price anymore.

I brought my children to the waco zoo. after feeding I found this restaurant of google. I couldn't find a parking space, so I called the restaurant and asked her to take it to my car. the owner was very understanding and quickly delivered my order to my car. the noodles were delicious. it is surprising to find an authentic Asian restaurant in waco with good service.
I strongly recommend Blasian Asian in Waco! I discovered this restaurant on Yelp while on a work trip, and it turned out to be a fantastic find. The Pad Thai with chicken was incredibly delicious. The service was quick, even though there were just a few customers in the restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I'm so glad I came across this place!
The food was definitely worth the price! I would rate the overall experience an 8 out of 10. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is a great guy. The only thing I would change is the portion size of the food as it didn't leave me or my colleagues feeling full. Next time, I'll make sure to order a little extra.
First time in, everything was excellent. We had the orange chicken, noodles, garlic fried rice and egg rolls. Fresh and hot, service was great. 4 stars because they were out of the meat skewers and a few other menu items. We are local and will definitely be back. Best Asian food we have found in Waco.

I wasn't impressed with my experience. I ordered the Blasian plate, and the pork skewer was mostly fat, while the beef skewer had a lot of gristle. The noodles were overly drenched in soy sauce. The egg rolls were decent, but they felt a bit overpriced for what we received.
