I purchased drinks, toasted sandwiches, and hot chips for my children. The bag of chips contained two different types, one resembling a wedge. The chips had different flavors and textures, but this was not mentioned at the time of service. The restaurant is located perfectly, right across from the beach and park, with easy access. The service was quick, but somewhat unfriendly. Two customers who ordered before us were visibly unhappy while waiting for their food. We were charged $38 for two soft drinks, two orders of hot chips, and a toasted sandwich, which I do not believe was worth the price. I would not return to this restaurant or recommend it to others.
Great stop at The Blue Strawberry for ice cream & milkshakes! They are very economically priced and excellent value. My daughter accidentally dropped her ice-cream after buying it and the friendly girl serving us kindly arranged a replacement at no cost. Excellent quick service in this little take away, very limited seating but we were lucky to get a table outside. Have returned a few times since our first visit.
The chips were cold, limp and tasted like they had been sitting in something which had been cleaned with a dirty dishcloth. Inedible. Wish I had the time to take them back... Though last time I tried this place I specifically asked if the pre-cooked chips were still hot and if not could they cook some more and was assured they were hot. Needless to say were almost cold. Never going back.
Friendly staff. Convenient location for quick stop, although only a couple of seats & small tables outside. Perhaps we got them on a bad day, but the seafood baskets & chips were disappointing to say the least. The batter was overcooked and burnt and the whole serving was quite greasy. I'm sorry to say it but we won't be back.

a key west y nos hospedamos en este apartments el lugar es muy bonito, comodo y pintoresco. Aunque nunca en mi vida tuve que salir del hotel a tomar desayuno en una panadería que está a dos cdras del hotel , para que te den una taza de café para llevar y un pan , me pareció divertido.
This restaurant offers great value for money with fabulous burgers and good service. The food is not pretentious, but fresh and consistently delicious. The coffee is always excellent, possibly the best I have ever tasted worldwide.
I ordered a burger and asked for it to be made. After 10 minutes I saw the old man pick up a burger from the display and handed it to me. It was horrible and soggy. Not good food at all

The coffee is fantastic! With new owners and a new coffee machine, this will now be my go-to spot for coffee in Lower Sandy Bay. The service is quick and friendly.
Takeaway at long beach. Popular with the local tradies. Place for a quick snack for a hungry family. There is some seating outside.
