Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this restaurant. I used to enjoy their good service and food, but since they changed ownership, the quality has declined. I do not recommend this place. I ordered my meal and waited and waited, while others around me were served promptly. After 30 minutes of waiting for my order of a hearty crepe, which seemed to be too difficult for the staff to make, I finally gave up after 45 minutes. I asked the staff about my order, but they seemed confused and unable to assist me. It appears that they only know how to make sweet crepes. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
While the restaurant may be on the smaller side, the hospitality is exceptional. My friend and I struck up a conversation with the staff and discovered we were all from the same city. When I tried to order the Tofu mix soup, they insisted it was complimentary, but we insisted on paying $5 as we were there for a holiday. The Tofu soup was incredible - the mushrooms were perfectly cut and the Chinese flavors made it the best tofu I've ever had. The crepes, however, were just okay.
Quick service for three at lunch on a Friday. Tasty pancake stack with maple syrup. A very nice mixed berry crepe, and an average toastie. Good coffees, and no dramas with asking for them to be extra hot. Reasonable prices, but no table service ...collect at the counter. All in all, no complaints, not as crowded as and quieter than the nearby Coffee Club, and away from the raucous defeaning confision that is the main Food Court! Would happily return for coffee and crepes.

The service was quick at the counter and didn't have to wait long for the...meals to be collected. Had Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, big breakfast crepe special, pancake stack and bacon and mushroom omelette, plus flat whites and hot chocolates. All very good, no fuss, and off we went. Worth a visit.

I requested a coffee with my meal, but was informed that they couldn't make any because the machine had already been cleaned, even though it was still 45 minutes before closing time.
The mixed berry pancake was so disappointing. It was like eating a soggy cookie with too much air and not a real mass. The coffee was good.
One of the most disappointing cafes we have used in the Mall. Are they really crepes? Suggest eat elsewhere.
