Dined here mid-week in off season (Nov). Do not recommend visiting at this time. Noise: Ask to be seated away from kitchen. We were originally seated next to the kitchen. Sounded more like a bustling bistro than a romantic restaurant. There was blaring music, clanging pots, orders printing, banter between chefs, etc. We asked to move and they obliged. It was quiet and pleasant in the front of the room. Service: Cordial, but inattentive. We waited 20-40 minutes between courses. On two occasions, while serving the table next to us, our waiter said your food will be ready in a couple minutes. He was way off and never came back to check on us. We wanted more wine. We returned this year to enjoy a night away. We booked at the Den, thinking a quiet evening 'in ' would be great. We sat for close to 20 minutes at a table with no service. No 'hello ' from the waiter or anyone. It would have been nice to have been started with a beverage. The second waiter who helped us was very nice, but it was obvious he had picked up our table to help out. We ordered the lamb and the risotto to share. The waiter did not ask our preference for rare, medium, well done, etc. Our lamb was beyond rare and fatty. For $55, I could have done a better job at home. Our risotto was so salty we had to send it back. Thankfully we did not pay for the risotto and the chef apologized. F...

Food was great, it's a pretty restaurant and the service was good. Our only complaint is we were the only people in there and they placed us in the corner next to the kitchen. It was super awkward feeling and noisy. If the restaurant was full it would have felt fine but as we were the only people there it was not enjoyable.

we had a wonderful evening! the decor is beautiful, the service was nice and the food was absolutely delicious. the truffle risotto was recommended and not disappointed and the lamb was the greatest portion lambship I have ever seen, and it was cooked to its desired temperature that was ideal. would definitely come back! For the three course meal at Nita Lake, our server was exceptional, prompt, polite, attentive, and personable. The amuse bouche, appetizer and dessert were very good, but the vegetarian main courses were bland. Music was too loud, but the atmosphere was cozy.

Salmon was mushy—actually inedible. Amuse-bouchée delicious and entré very enjoyable. Waiter did not check on us unless we caught his attention but was pleasant. Overall not our favorite of Whistler dining options.

I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Servers were pleasant and professional, food well prepared and presented. Sunday Brunch generous in size and tasted good too.

Went for the 3 course . Waitress was nice. Food was mediocre. Salty. Even for the reasonable price for the 3 course , still didn't feel the value. Won't return. Book a table now
