I placed an online order and received an email confirmation with my order number and a QR code. However, when I arrived to pick it up, they couldn't locate my order in their system, despite having placed it 10 days earlier. The cashiers kept asking for my name multiple times, around three or four times. I suggested they check my order or scan the QR code, but they declined to do either. Instead, they just continued to repeat their questions about my name and when I had placed the order. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, almost like a circus act.

I've always relied on The Honey Baked Ham Company for meals and extras. My only concern is that, despite offering online ordering, they don't provide a pickup option. It feels unnecessary to order in advance just to reserve the item, especially since this can result in the product being unavailable for immediate purchase by others. I hope The Honey Baked Ham Company considers resolving this issue. Nonetheless, I will keep shopping there.
I used the EZ Cater app to order lunch for a work event, but unfortunately, the Olivette location accepted my order and then didn't prepare it. With just 20 minutes left, I had to rush to find another meal for 15 people. I wouldn't recommend this location. While I don't blame EZ Cater since the restaurant accepted my order, they shouldn't be on the app if they can't manage their business effectively.

The food at this restaurant is consistently top-notch, and the service is exceptional. They also have a fantastic rewards program. With their sandwich punch card, you receive double punches on Tuesdays. Once you collect 10 punches, you’ll get a free sandwich. Plus, if you visit on a Tuesday, you can enjoy a complimentary sandwich after purchasing five sandwiches.
I visited The Honey Baked Ham Company around 2:30 PM on a Friday and ordered a classic ham meal along with a classic turkey meal. Both were incredibly delicious and tasted fresh! The two men working there were very friendly and patient while I placed my order. I will definitely be coming back to this location! Five stars!
I had a reservation for a ham, but they would not give it to me because they had given hams away to other people Who did not have reservations for their ham. Worst customer service ever I would never go to honeybaked ham company again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
