rude, insane personal, who has no idea how to treat customers. on 05/08/2020 for breakfast at 8.15 o'clock. the music was so loud and I asked if the music could be turned off something so I could. with my wife could turn around. the kerl rolled his eyes and turned them unwilling. the other employee who turned out the heatings shouted: “What happened to the music bro,” and I said we rejected it because I couldn’t even hear my wife talking. he then said: “Of course we don’t open until 8.30” and I recommended him to check his website because it clearly says 8am open. then he goes “Yes, whatever bro, it’s kovid” I had no idea what was meant with this answer! very uneducated and highly recommend...

the food was great, we ordered the sweet potatoes with parmesan, picnic breakfast boards and a berry-compound pancake, but that's all that was good. but I evaluate this review based on all the experience that was not too good. it is a beautiful place. the trees in a park to sit, but seriously please do something about the deaf! as soon as the chicks leave their chairs and tables, land a baptism and eat of the rests on the tellers! pigeons everywhere on the floors around our feet waiting for the empty tables to eat on the left over to pounce. it is terrible to see while they try to end their food, especially when the waiters take so long to clear and clean the tables. from this reason I would...
The staff are friendly and attentive. Nice location great on a sunny day. Unfortunately the food didn’t live up to expectations. Coffee was lukewarm. I don’t think the food is freshly made. The cheese in the ‘Big Cheezie Toastie’ was congealed (not melty like...in their pictures) and the toast didn’t have any crunch. The Lotus Pancake was tough to slice through which made us think it must be batch cooked and frozen, then heated on request? Their juice did not taste freshly made either. Price is steep based on the above. They also have two loud stereos going each playing different music. Was a bit irritating. Was good to support small business but unfortunately would not recommend.
I went about something light this morning. I had to wait long to be served. I ordered an Açaí dish and tee. the waitress spilled the tee on the table and went without cleaning. I brought serviettes to clean it myself. but baptism, where I have eaten from the bowl. another waiter said he will replace it, but he came back with the same bowl. I decided to go, but they calculated me the full amount, even though I didn't eat. not safe again. Book a table now
We had a lovely late breakfast a month or so ago in The Picnic. The food was great. My only complaint is the time it took to even get a menu let alone served. Seemed to be understaffed that day. Also the table was really...sticky and after requesting it be wiped down was not and had to go and get a cloth myself and clean it myself! Again, maybe understaffed that day. No complaint otherwise. Lovely food and outlook
went to breakfast recently as it looked like a good offer and appealing. the owner and the personal are just ugly idiots. if they like this really irritating type, who thinks they are the biennial, just because they were born and no brain cell... between them this is the place for them.
The atmosphere of the café was charming, all beautiful flowers even the utensils were sweet !!! The service was nice and the food looked very much in Instagram value made of beautiful sauce and delicious salmon.
Visited for a work lunch. Nice food but expensive the French toast is definitely not worth the price. They have lovely floral decorations and a nice view across the park. Book a table now
Burwood only has one other trendy brunch cafe further up the road so this one is closest to the Westfield. Convenient, busy and popular. worth a try.
Highly priced but the breakfast is great, the concept is cute and would Def come back if I ever visit Sydney again..
