I'll be frank—this is the worst fast food restaurant I've visited in years. I hoped it had improved since my last visit six months ago, but nope. It was suppertime (6 PM) and they had no donuts. When I asked about closing time, the lady said 11 PM. I mentioned the lack of donuts, and she just turned away to talk to her friend in another language. The last donut they had looked stale and dry, as if baked the day before. Customer service was terrible, with all tables left dirty. Good location on W Broadway, very large sitting area, you can always get a table.One thing I like about this location is self check outs to order. Wish all Tim Hortons had this option.Staff are hard working and quick to get your order ready.Kid-friendliness: Nice location, kids friendly.Parking: Your parking option is on the street or paid parked. This location is for walking customers.
I had a disappointing experience with the potato wedges at this particular Tim Horton's location. They seemed old and reheated, as they were not soft and did not taste good. Although they were served hot, they did not meet the usual standard I have come to expect from Tim Hortons. I have had much better wedges at other Tim Hortons locations.
Came here on a weekday at 6pm. There were very minimal baked goods left and a huge and disorganized line up of customers waiting (for food or to order? . Service seemed slow. I left for the location on Willow and 6th and that was much better stocked and waaaaay less busy, and free parking in the lot as a bonus.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. During lunchtime, they were out of several items, including Timbits and savory pastries. I ordered a creamy chili that ended up being mostly watery. This was my third poor visit, and I won’t be coming back.
Kinda generic and a little dirty. There are nicer locations, so it just depends on which shop you go to. The staff was ok. They do seem to kinda expect you to know what you want. Donuts are great,and drinks are fine. It's worth a visit to say you tried them.
Great experience 10/10. We went there around 12pm. The cashier was so nice and welcoming not us even everyone with her smile. The service was fast. We are really happy with the service and definitely come back.
I visited this restaurant on Saturday and was surprised to find plenty of available seats. I tried the new pumpkin spiced ice cap and a four cheese twist. Both dishes tasted as they should, without any issues.

I had a doughnut and an Ice Cap—pretty straightforward choices, but they nailed it. The lovely woman working behind the counter definitely deserves a raise.
Great location. Maximize location. Not sure if its stand alone but would be nice to see burger king here instead of previous company.
