Dropped by for a late lunch, hoping the rush would be over. No chance. Between the colleges and small industrial firms in the area, appears they are on the go all day. Did find a place to sit, but it was hardly a pleasant repast. So, go here because its Timmy's and you're hungry, NOT for the atmosphere.
I usually order a red eye: an extra large coffee with a shot of espresso when I visit the coffee shop at Pacific central station first thing in the morning. However, there have been homeless individuals hanging around the coffee shop at 5AM, which is concerning for both customers and staff.
The employee, PrabhSimran, prepares delicious food and is extremely courteous to all the customers at Tim Hortons. We need more employees like her who excel at their job. I would give her a 5-star rating for her exceptional service at Tim Hortons.

They miss every single item whenever i ordered. I ordered bagel with lettuce but comes without it and even they don’t put chai tea bag in white hot chocolate that I ordered.
The bathroom is filthy. And, someone threw up in the sink! Mens room out of order. Womens room hot faucet inoperable, broken handle. What a dive!
There is a big rush here most of the time. I ordered online and it took them almost 15-20 minutes to deliver the cup of coffee.
Just horrible. I was going to get some Donuts, but I saw a lot of bugs flying over the donuts inside the stand ? Book a table now
At least three times a week, i stop in for lunch. Then there are my late afternoon coffee breaks.

"Recommend their crab bisque, could really taste the sweetness of crab from the soup. Their beef stew and butter chicken also very tasty and comforting, couldn't finish the dinner so packed some for lunch and still tasted very good."
