Don?t get me wrong the drinks and food are great and all, all thought when I was getting ready to leave. The workers rushed to the front and accused me of stealing a cookie from the batch they keep by the register. And to think the employees were low keyfine ash, they ruined my experience there and made me feel unwanted and uncomfortable. So if you do decide to stop by for abite, juts be ready for the discrimination if you happen to be a couple shades darker than the average caucasian
The smoothies quality went down I used to love smoothie from here so much it was one of my favorite place to get smoothie but the few time I?ve there I order jetty punch and it?s so water down I don?t know if they add too much ice or put too much wateron it. I?ve to a different location of tropical smoothie and their quality was better than this location.
Place is great! But went there today and there was only 2 people working. They denied me food because they were understaffed. But one of the kids was moving slower than a turtle while the other one was busting his butt trying to get everyone?s order. Sadthat kids don?t want to work these days. Guess i won?t be going back to that location.
I really enjoy the food and smoothies at Tropical Smoothie. Unfortunately, the staff sucks. I spent a lot of money here hoping to be loyal to this location because I love the food SO much. But customer service is important to me and I can't see myself spending money somewhere I am not comfortable or feel good walking into. Book a table now
My times online order was not even being prepared when I got there almost 10 min after the scheduled time and I was given expired coupon for free food that I cannot use instead of refund ,I couldn’t wait for my order to be made because i was headed to work and the time I needed to my order ready was picked for a reason!
don't go here, there was mold on my sandwich and i could have gotten sick because of their lack of attention to detail. i hope a health inspector takes a visit here and shuts them down.
You really can't go wrong with Tropical! I love the Island Green Detox with Whey and Energizer and the PB Crunch Flatbread Thing lol it's fantastic for a healthy lower calorie lunch!
Great smoothies especially when you want something cold and nourishing. Just beware their smoothies are artificially sweetened; I'll be asking for no added sugar next time. Book a table now
