The food list and description looked amazing and we were very excited to get a reservation and come here on our first night in Kona on our honeymoon. The ambience and service was amazing, so friendly and very good. The food did not meet our high expectations. The mahi mahi with yuzu butter was just alright, not bad, not great. The red snapper my partner got was delicious and more interesting. Their service and extra attention provided us with a nice time, but not sure I would recommend the food highly- not worth the value. They had an interesting night market menu the pork belly bao was good, but could have had more toppings. We also ordered sake and the silent samurai sake was the best part...
The food was very tasty. I recommend the Parmigiano veal. Our server was personable and helpful with the menu. Since it was NYE, I was nervous about the seats available, but my wife and I were in a cabin that was comfortable enough for two other guests. The prices were very reasonable, but the food didn't suffer. All around a great experience and a great, unpretentious neighborhood restaurant.
Great food and service. Very friendly staff and very accommodating for our two children. We all ate until we were full and went into our pockets with two more meals worth of food. Great neighborhood restaurant and good Italian food. I would recommend the Calimari as a starter who can keep up with the best that Chicago has to offer. We will come back 10 out of 10 experiences! ????????
Oh my gosh…what can I say? This is the BEST. The ambience, the most knowledgeable server we have ever had, but the whole reason we came…the food. And let me tell you, it was the best we have EVER had anywhere

Pleasantly surprised that this great restaurant was open on New Year's Day! Even more surprised that they had a zucchini spaghetti dish on special - yummy! And ... panna cotta !!! Yum!
I ordered the lobster and it was pretty pricey . The was oz of meat that was mushy . Very disappointed with the dish . Sushi was ok . Dessert was great and tasty
