Very good food, great ambience and friendly staff. We had the delicious menudo, on a Thursday, that's not from everyone where. The rice and beans in the combined plate were perfectly cooked. The children enjoyed a beautiful Mexican shrimp cocktail. Tasteful Mexican music played in the background on a beautiful volume. All staff were very friendly and gave great customer service. The whole restaurant, including toilet, was excellent and clean. Will definitely be back and recommend you stop.
From a recommendation from a lady that cut my hair we went and what a great little unknown secret discovery. The service was fast and very personable. The food was just perfect. We got the fajita for 2 please. I am a crunchy taco fanatic so I got one. The food was yum yummy in the tummy good. One thing my wife kept saying was here 's another shrimp . Its on the return trip list. Great place!
In picture is the shrimp cocktail and enchiladas. The food was really good and so were the chips and salsa that were offered. A really good place if you are in the area and love Mexican food. The shrimp cocktail was really the hero here. I never tried something like this before so it was very appealing and also very tasty. 10/10 would recommend.

Valle's is my favorite Mexican restaurant for breakfast in Waco! I'm special about what Mexican restaurants I'm going to. The two things that would make this place better are fresh, homemade tortillas and flavored coffee creams to serve!!
I tried this restaurant for the first time today and I really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. My husband ordered the Texano plate and I got a burrito, both were excellent. We especially loved the salsa.
Fast and friendly service even when extremely busy. The menudo is tasty!! The Tacos are AWESOME!! Their chips and salsa are mouth watering. We will definitely be coming back.
