Thank you Vitek's for providing us an awesome meal! My daughter was getting married. We needed to feed 40 people for the night before. I called several BBQ restaurants to get quotes out of 4 Vitek's was the only one that returned my call and the gentleman apologized for that fact. They promptly put together a quote that was extremely reasonable and that included delivery to Moon River Ranch, a 20 minute drive. The food arrived on time, hot, they set everything up, and the meal was very good. All of our guests had committed how good the food was and asked to know where it came from. Thank you Vitek's for everything. This wedding was stressful enough and to have a excellent meal without worry...
We stopped in on the way to San Antonio for dinner. We had our dog with us and at first we were going to sit out on the patio (which is covered and has plenty of seating, and is dog friendly) but when we went inside we were told that we could bring our dog inside with us. Which was really nice because it was so hot outside. Every employee here was extremely kind, helpful, polite--even though it was one hour before closing. The food was tasty and we all enjoyed it. Definitely going to remember this place for whenever we're in Waco.
The food, atmosphere and staff are 5 star.....the manager stops by our table to check on us every time ... He's very friendly, goes above and makes sure the food is good and if thereis anythingwe need. We usually stop here on our way headed to the races or casino...BE SURE TO TRY THE NEW GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH.
Saturday evening about 6:30pm, had to rush in ordering, were told dining room was booked for private event at 7:00pm. Food is ok, brisket was semi-dry, sausage and sides were good, had to hurry up and eat. Not sure if we will try again.

A Waco classic, and for good reason. Great brisket, and quality sides. The house-made sausage is excellent tasting and with good texture. Recommend pairing with a cold beer, root beer or big red, or sweet tea.
I would highly recommend the nachos. Make sure you ask for it lean for time off some pretty fatty pieces sometimes overall a very good stop.
I got a sliced BBQ sandwich (not the lean) and the meat melted in my mouth. The best Barbecue I've had this trip.
Love the food, I do wish they would bring back the ROOT BEER in a glass bottle.
