I had been to Vue Bar once previously around 18 months ago and found it to have great service and enjoyed our cocktails. So when we headed there once again I was looking forward to a similar experience. Unfortunately, it was not. Our order was taken fairly quickly - we chose some oysters and two ****** Mary cocktails. Our friends had ordered their drinks (a beer and a cocktail) about 10 minutes before we got there. After maybe 10 minutes, a beer arrived and a cocktail 5 minutes later. I realize that this is not a Michelin restaurant, but love me, I also think that you can expect a kind of standard if you eat to eat. Unfortunately, the standard was very bad in this bar !! It was one of the worst delightful experiences we ever had !! Where should I start? After entering the bar, it was very small, but with a good view over the Bondi Beach. There was not much room for everything and only about 20 cm away from another table. The menu cards were absolutely disgusting, in oil and all kinds of dirst. We sat 15-20 minutes before waitress (very unprofessional trained!) We have taken our order. We had to wait a further 20 minutes on our coffee. The coffee of my husband came first!...

The restaurant was very busy with a waitlist, I sat at the bar for a drink and then sat down immediately as soon as a table was available.
I would book the next time to avoid disappointment
Suggestion Try the Prosciutto wrinkled scallops amazing and order some bread for the amazing sauce.
