I was really looking forward to visiting Yasaka after hearing that they have some of the best ramen in Sydney. I couldn't wait to try their traditional Japanese noodles.

I have been to Ossan and Gumshara (and Ippudo) and this place has quickly become my favorite. The tonkotsu base here is absolutely delicious.
