My boyfriend and I went here last night and it definitely did not disappoint. Wait staff were quick, efficient and attentive. We ordered the Bulgogi Beef and Spicy Grilled Pork and they did not miss a beat in getting the right amount of sweet and spice in those dishes. Most importantly they came out super sizzling hot!! We will definitely be coming back and bringing others in tow. My suggestion would be to arrive before the 6pm dinner rush of you want to be seated quickly:
When you take a bite of the gochujang pork belly at this restaurant, you can immediately taste the expertise that goes into their dishes. As a Korean, I am constantly on the lookout for places that can provide me with a taste of home, and Yook nailed it. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and always ready to chat about their delicious food. This place is sure to become the go-to spot for authentic Korean BBQ.
A hidden gem in the Vancouver area. We were there on a Sunday night, and it was not busy at all. About 25 filled. Recommend 16: Gochujang Samgyupsal pork belly marinated in spicy gochujang . this got me craving kbbq again days after! Banchan was delicious. Definitely had refills. Great customer service. Inside is pleasant to look at with all the various plants.
I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. I loved the beef soup with dumplings and rice cakes - it was incredibly flavorful, with delicious pieces of beef. My husband tried the tofu seafood stew, which was spicy, rich, and satisfying. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be returning in the future. My son went there and he loved it. He wanted to go again the next day. So, we went for dinner. All the dishes we order were delicious . Got to go again soon and try other dishes. The service is so amazing. The best Korean restaurant I ever had. You got to try their short ribs. It's yummy
Had a great time at this new Korean BBQ place. The decor is very nice and modern, staff were very helpful. Happy to hear it's a family owned place and you can tell they are proud of their food. Enjoyed talking with the staff, very welcome addition to the neighbourhood.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, and it was a great value for the portion size. I will definitely return in the future.

"Recommend their crab bisque, could really taste the sweetness of crab from the soup. Their beef stew and butter chicken also very tasty and comforting, couldn't finish the dinner so packed some for lunch and still tasted very good."
