If you value ambiance and dining by the beach at sunset as much as, or even more than, the food itself, then you will absolutely adore this restaurant. During our stay, we visited three times and were impressed by the friendly and welcoming servers. We never felt rushed, always had a great seat without waiting, and even had a special drink request fulfilled when we asked for it to be served in a pineapple, which added a fun element to our experience. While the prices for drinks and food were higher compared to other eateries in Kona-Kailua, we found the stunning location and comfortable atmosphere to be well worth it. Beautiful spot!! Lunch was spot on top chef! Robert had Lobster in pasta, he took 1 bite and said he was in heaven, and a side of fries. I enjoyed Japanese beef (Wagyu) cooked to perfection. It came with island grown vegetables. I indulged in a $29.00 Oceans Martini with 2 olives. I love Oceans Vodka. The Meringue dessert was shockingly delicious because I never liked meringue but this one changed my mind forever!! Anniversary lunch so worth it!!
We love to watch the sunset at this bar! Seating is first come first serve at the bar and patio, so if you can't get reservations at Beach Tree don't give up, just arrive early. The bartenders are attentive and make the best cocktails. You can even order from the full restaurant menu. I highly recommend the chips and salsa and truffle pasta. My husband said the fish tacos were the best he's found on the island.
the staff is excellent and also eating. we had our proposal and were offered to celebrate free foam wines. they also brought out some broth and pesto while our escapes were prepared. we ordered the arrabbiata, Tuscan kartoffel, margherita pizza and bons. arrabbiata with Burrata cheese 5toskana kartoffel 5margherita pizza 4 (good, but not exceptional)Bon bons -4 (good). the ambiente is also amazing.

Booked for my husband's birthday and he loved it. We live on island but reservations are rarely open for non-guests of the Four Seasons! He said the lamb special was the best he'd ever had I got two tasty salads we'll be back for their pasta and pizza because those looked delicious at the next table! Love the emphasis on local ingredients. Our waiter Timothy was super. We'll be back when can.
The mushroom pizza was absolutely fantastic! Made with Italian flour and wild mushrooms from Hawaii, it had a unique and delicious flavor. I added some red sauce on the side to dip my crust in, which made me feel like I was dining in Italy. The beautiful views of Hawaii made the experience even more heavenly.
that was amazing, not the cheapest place, but it was worth it. the food and the experience were good. the image is not directly from the restaurant, but from the resort. the view is directly on the beach and even better!
Dinner here with my adult daughter whilst we were staying at the resort was spectacular . The breezes the view and of course the cocktails food and service were all great
