Prob will never be back, I go out of my way sometimes to go to Culver's. The last time I visited, a portion of my order was not provided I didn't check the bag until I got home( my fault I know) once home I realized a chicken sandwich was missing for my order so I called Culver's asking if they could just refund me because it was too far for me to drive back. They refused stating they don't do refunds over the phone and they could offer me coupons or I could come back in for a refund. Culver's is out of my way so I couldn't just drive back that night and I haven't been in the area. I absolutely love Culver's! The service is always warm and welcoming, and the food is fantastic. I dined in for dinner, and my meal cost around $10–20 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. I highly recommend trying the Onion Rings and the Fish Sandwich!

I placed my food order with the manager at the counter, but unfortunately, it was incorrect. I reached out via email to address the issue, but I didn't receive any response. I've never had a problem at Culvers before; it seems to be an issue specific to this location.
