Ordered through the app and I walk in 5 min later and it’s still not ready. Hire more people to work. I get handed a bag with my donut and when I get home I look inside the bag and the free hash browns aren’t inside the bag. This location is horrible with customer service they try to multitask all the time and it gets them no where. If you want good service do not come to this location
Most of the employees at Dunkin' are unfriendly, and the service is slow. Their cheap cups tend to leak, and napkins are only provided if you specifically ask for them. Because of this, I now visit a different Dunkin' location, even though it’s out of my way. The menu is typical, but the overall experience here leaves much to be desired.
People here are actually really nice!So far most of my experiences at most other Dunkin’s are slightly negative, with the person behind the counter treating me like I’m the biggest inconvenience. Here they actually treat you like a normal customer, if not better! I really appreciate it!
I ordered a hot latte at the counter but received an iced latte instead. I didn't mention their mistake because these days, even trying to hold someone accountable can label you as a "Karen," and I'm not looking for drama. Aside from that, the staff I interacted with were friendly. Book a table now

They don’t change their gloves and they touch the donuts with the dirty gloves. Not smart, especially during COVID..Gross!
The staff here are always friendly and courteous. I don't buy donuts frequently, but when I do, this is my go-to spot. Book a table now
I don't drink coffee and I think Marianos has better cheaper donuts. Not a bad experience just not my preference.
