I am in here right know and I came in with my daughter I just tried the pistachio flavor for the first time and I thought I liked it until I payed for it and sat down and started eating it more and I just didn’t like it I asked the two girl if I can switch it out for more mango and they flat out looked at me weird and said we just cleaned out the machines and it’s not old and when I said that’s not the problem I just don’t like the flavor they said no just buy a new one know there whispering about me thinking I can’t hear them and keep looking my way as if that’s not obvious enough horrible just horrible
Overall, the yogurt is great and I guess some of the toppings are OK but they NEVER have fresh fruit. I don't understand how they don't just go grab some at a nearby store. Just ridiculous!!! I don't want only sugar I want some sort of healthy food added in. Do better Forever Yogurt. You are losing customers and money.
That girl Yolimar makes me and my family want to go back to this place. She is very sweet and kind, there are girls who should learn from her. I'm just here for this girl. Its customer service is one of quality.

This place is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Their toppings bars are consistently well-stocked. We make it a point to bring the kids here every weekend for a little sweet indulgence.
I LOVE this place. It was my first experience, and I will DEFINITELY be back! You choose your yogurt(s) and toppings. The result was over-the-top great taste, which I chose right!
The yogurt was excellent, and there were plenty of topping options to choose from. However, it was quite pricey; we ended up spending nearly $19 for just two servings.
Some toppings can be really stale! Just be clear those crushed waffle cones have probably been sitting there since the last time you visited...

This is a fantastic spot with a fantastic selection of yogurt and toppings. The staff was very helpful. Located in KR Harwood Heights.
Clean place with great staff however they’re not serving frozen yogurt here. It’s definitely soft serve ice cream.
