If you like to be yelled at after multiple opportunities for civil communication or signage, you will love this place- especially if you are a solo woman who likes to be yelled at by male employees who ignore you until you are leaving. The story:Third time at this location. They didn't have what I purchased last time, but that's fine (supply chain/circumstance/etc). I waited outside by the cafe tables plugged my phone in for 5-9 minutes at outside outlet by cafe tables. The employee saw all of this, went outside for a smoke break, finished smoke break, then he went back inside. When I removed my phone charger he chose that moment to yell at me as I was walking away that I should have asked p...

This has been one of my go to coffee places for a while just because it’s convenient I have gotten the same thing every time (iced vanilla latte) and for some reason they always charge me a different price but I have never questioned it anyway one of the guys made fun of my friend for asking for almond milk in her coffee he said “you want nut juice instead of milk” which personally I think is very rude and bad customer service another time I asked for a cup of ice along with my coffee and he proceeded to give a random half cup of ice that was sitting on the counter and was very passive aggressive about it another thing is they don’t always fill the cup all the way and for mediocre over price...

This was my third visit to this location. They didn't have the item I ordered last time, but that's understandable given the current supply chain issues. I waited outside at the café tables and plugged my phone in for about 5-9 minutes, using an outlet nearby. An employee saw me doing this, took a smoke break, and then went back inside. When I unplugged my phone and started to walk away, he shouted at me, saying I should have asked for permission to use the outlet. There were no signs indicating that charging my phone was not allowed, and I was outside the establishment, right next to the café tables. I used to recommend this place, but I won't be returning again.

If less than 1 star would be possible. Worst whole bean coffee I have ever purchased. Medium to dark was anything but, completely tasteless when brewed. No matter how much was used, or the fineness of the grind just mildly brown water was produced. Zero scent of coffee and taste. Horrid. Save your money!! Book a table now

Nice place. Got some coffee here. Just watch the clerk, gave her 2 tens for a 14 dollar order and argued with me on the change. She shorted me $5. Didn't notice until after we left. Just check you change before you leave.

I paid $8 for 4-5 chocolates the size of golf balls. The chocolate layers are so thick, with about half an inch surrounding the macadamia nut in the center, that the taste of the nut gets completely lost.

This place is iconic. One of the oldest coffee shops at the Kona Inn Shopping Village. This place has a lot of character and I absolutely love everyone who works here.
