I had a truly disappointing experience with this restaurant, and I won’t be ordering from them again. The app was malfunctioning, and I was tracking my order the whole time, so I would have known when it arrived. They claimed to have called me, but my phone was right in front of me, and I never received a call. Instead, I received a text 15 minutes after my order was delivered, even though there was a doorbell right there, and they didn’t bother to use it. When I called to voice my frustration, a rude staff member dismissed me and accused me of lying, continuing to argue instead of resolving the issue. Ordering from them for years. The last three times I ordered, they delivered expired soda. The first two times they refunded me, this last time I was told I would get a full refund for this error, but still haven’t received it. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
I hate to say that , but the service was horrible, ordered food and was delivered with out any notification, my phone with me my husband phone none was ringing no text was sent, and had to reheat my pizza since it was cold, what a wast of money and time
