Please have more consistent check-ins with people on pick-up area! Make sure they didnt order to the wrong store or have had their orders stolen. It doesn 't take long- even when busy- and makes sure your customers are happy and feel attended to. Just ask if they ordered to the right address, or what they are waiting on, and give a quick update. Also if items are missing (because out of stock or items were taken by the wrong person) offer refund/remake or exchange when you know the customer didnt receive all of their order...don 't just say oh I can 't see it here (in the pickup area) and walk off? This location can get busy at times. The handlers who give out the orders rarely check for item listed on the drinks when giving them to customers. Most times I caught the mistake and told them there?s more to the order. I had to drive back for my items that they forgot every now and then. Also filled up the cup 2/3 of the way?come on guys

The staff is really friendly, but they often run out of various items. On my last visit, they were out of matcha; the next time, they didn't have any caramel; and now they’re out of both oat milk and almond milk.
