I come here around 3-4 times a week, usually never have a problem. Theres two workers that were just ignoring me while i was standing at the drink pick up section because i had a question about my drink. (was already sitting inside) Both workers were taking drinks to the area and taking them while i’m standing infront of them wanting to ask a question.
The coffee here is terrible. I can't understand how they're so popular. It seems like most people enjoy their coffee drinks with milk and flavoring, but I ordered a simple black coffee and it was absolutely dreadful. Even McDonald's and Dunkin' Donuts serve better coffee. I won't be ordering coffee from Starbucks again.
I went to the store location buy a grande iced latte oatmeal decaf and it was 75% ice and 25% drink that sucks specially for the money I pay for the drink the quality and the amount they try to cheat me by giving me more ice than drink 20th of January 2024, 6:30 PM
Communicate with Employee it’s not good sometimes she’s and he’s nervous. and not smile and not make drink good sometimes sweet too much sometimes not to sweet you have a rules for how make drink you need more practice it’s not professional team !! Book a table now

I ordered a Doppio and a glass of ice water, but they only brought me the coffee without the water. I asked for the water twice.
